With a consolidated experience of over 500 man years in various functions of corrugated box industry, more than 10,000 installations, about half-a-dozen product inventions, and an enviable sales and service network, Electro Heat is by far the most preferred heating equipment supplier for reputed organisations such as Rashtrapathi Bhawan, American Embassy, Hero Group, Engineers India Limited, Motorola India, Escorts etc.
Background
Electro Heat Engineers was formed in the year 1986 with a mission to design and manufacture world-class industrial (& retail) heaters. Promoted by a highly experienced and renowned heating professional, Mr. K K Jhingan, Electro Heat was amongst the first heater manufacturers in the country to design and produce customized heaters as per the client’s heating needs. Even in those years, Electro Heat Engineers worked with a philosophy that no two heaters were ever same. Hence scientific audit of the client’s heating needs became a rule, which is followed religiously till date.
Electro Heat started with manufacturing Hot-temp range of Tubular Heaters for the top box manufacturers in North India. Within a span of 3 years, most of the reputed box manufacturers in the country became Electro Heat customers. Electro Heat helped thousands of users to convert from open-coiled heaters to Tubular Heaters. Having firmly established itself as the most reputed Tubular Heating Supplier in the country, Electro Heat went ahead and pioneered the two most versatile heating systems in the country; Zone Heating and LPG Heating. Our innovation efforts didn’t stop there we have now introduced new range of products for high speed corrugation machines and automatic plants.
And all along, ….While developing these technologies, the Electro heat team interacted and made lasting relationships with a host of box and equipment manufacturers across the spectrum.
Management Team
Mr. K K Jhingan
A renowned heating consultant in the country with over 40 years of experience in the heating industry. Mr. Jhingan started his career with Havells where he took over industrial marketing and product development. Within a short span of 5 years, he created a firm for consultancy in industrial processes along with a team of engineers. After spending 15 long years and with his fundamentals strongly in place, Mr Jhingan, moved on to identify heating as his niche in industrial processes. There he worked closely with top industrial units in North Indian market. While working he found out the amount of difficulty the manufacturers faced in sourcing a right kind of quality heater that suits there heating requirements. With so many years of experience under his belt, he decided to venture into designing and manufacturing heaters himself. In 1986, Electro Heat Engineers was born and rest as they say is history.
Mr. Ashu Jhingan
A post graduate in Marketing from one of the premier B-Schools, Mr. Ashu Jhingan, picked the tricks of the heater industry way back in 1992. He joined Electro Heat as a management trainee even while doing his graduation and slowly rose the level of business head in the span of 10 years. If Mr K K Jhingan was the technical nerve-centre, Ashu brought in the much needed fresh perspective and loads of energy to the business. It was Mr. Ashu Jhingan’s sheer belief in customer focus and process management that helped Eletcro Heat to constantly innovate new products even while growing at a rapid pace. The active marketing of Mr. Ashu Jhingan combined with an un-matched technical prowess of Mr. K K Jhingan, enabled Electro Heat to get an enviable foothold in various industries like Air conditioning, Automobile, Boilers, Chemicals, Dryers, Electronics, Food Processing, Paper, Glass etc.
